Will A New Temple Be Built In Jerusalem? Yes!

“When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house” (Matthew 24:15-16).

Jesus is telling His disciples that the future Antichrist, “abomination of desolation,” will stand in the “holy place” of the Temple in Jerusalem. This will be the sign that the Jews alive at that future time, which will be the middle of the Tribulation Period, will need to flee out of Jerusalem and hide in the desert mountains.

This prophecy, among many others, indicates that the Jewish Temple will be rebuilt in Jerusalem, and this will likely happen after the rapture of the church.

Ron Rhodes writes about this in his book, End-Times Super Trends:

“The temple Institute recently released a video proposing the rebuilding of the third temple. The video tells us: “The Temple Institute is dedicated to doing everything possible to build the third Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount…it is recumbent on every one of us, at all times, to prepare for the rebuilding of the Holy Temple. With the work of the Temple Institute over the last three decades, preparations for the Temple is no longer a dream, it’s a reality, in which everyone can play a part..:

A key indicator that the rebuilding of the Temple is imminent is the reestablishment of the Sanhedrin offer 1600 years of absence. Prophecy expert, Thomas Ice says, ‘The reinstitution is seen as a harbinger for the rebuilding of the Temple and the coming of Messiah.” Orthodox Jews believe that a body like the Sanhedrin is needed today to oversee the rebuilding of the Temple and to identify the Messiah should he appear on the scene.”

With the increase of antisemitism on college campuses of America, and growing threats from Iran through their proxies, we know the time is short as Bible prophecy unfolds right before our eyes. Be in the Word and be ready!

False Prophets! How to Identify Them…

And if you say in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?’—(Deuteronomy 18:22)

The Bible will show if someone is doctrinally sound and if the Holy Spirit is behind whatever a prophet or Bible teacher says.

There are many new messages from preachers, ministers and authors of books today which advance unsound teaching. Do not simply take any new teaching at face value. Paul wrote, Prove all things, hold fast that which is good” (1 Thessalonians 5:21).

The Lord directed Israel to test the prophets: “But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die” (Deuteronomy 18:20).

This shows how seriously the Lord deals with any who presume to say or to teach something that God has not said in His Word. This also speaks to those today who claim to be prophets, who often are more like psychics, who are making predictions that are not stated in Bible prophecy. Perhaps they are claiming a vision, or dream or an appearance of Christ, and new directions or teachings that supposedly come from Him, etc. Believers beware!

“When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him” (Deuteronomy 18:20).

Many preachers are not completely biblical and are not speaking for the Lord, but only for themselves. Today, we are called as believers in the coming Christ to be discerning. Discernment was important for God’s people of Israel thousands of years ago. Discernment is just as important for believers and the church today.

No matter the cost, stand for God’s truth as it is found in the Bible. The Holy Spirit will never mislead you as you faithfully study the Scriptures. As Paul exhorted Timothy: “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).

Demonic Hatred and DIVINE PREPARATION

What are we to think about all the horrible protests at the DNC which are calling for the extinction of the State of Israel and of the Jews? Even more, what are we to think about the disturbing silence of the speakers at the DNC as to rebuking these satanic antisemitic calls for Israel’s destruction, just outside their convention hall?

I believe demonic spirits of Satan have thoroughly permeated man’s politics in these last days!! Those of our time who say “don’t mix politics with religion” are certainly mixing apathy with the clear and convicting commandments of the Bible. The prophets had much to say to the wicked kings and “political” leaders of their times. So did Jesus!So should Christians!

We do not know when the rapture of the church will happen. Jesus taught us that we should be discerning about the signs of the times (Matt. 16:1-4). If we are close to the beginning of the seven year Tribulation Period, which begins after the rapture, then the calling and sealing of the 144,000 Jewish preachers of Revelation are already living today.

The significance of the number 144 in the Scriptures cannot be overlooked. Evangelist Ed Vallowe writes in his book, Biblical Mathematics, Key To Scripture Numerics:

“This number is the square of twelve, and as such is naturally associated with the meaning of that number which is GOVERNMENTAL PERFECTION. It expresses spiritually the fact that perfect government of the life is only possible through the agency of the Holy Spirit. Hence it may well be called, the number of the SPIRIT GUIDED LIFE…Many more than this will will be saved, but it is only using the numbers 144 and 10, (144,000) in the spiritual sense in which these numbers are used throughout Scripture to tell of those who, by the power of the Holy Spirit, are kept through that time of trouble.”

If the time is as late as I and many prophecy students believe, there may well be today, especially in Israel, certain Jewish young men now living, who are known only to God, 144,000 of them to be exact; who will be used of God for this very special future purpose of preaching to the world during the Tribulation.

They would probably be under the age of thirty. Many could now be serving in the Israeli Defense Force, as all are required to serve. Likely, they are deeply convicted of the prophetic Scriptures promising God’s overthrow of Israel’s enemies. No doubt, these young men would have studied deeply the Old Testament Scriptures, the prophecies of the Messiah, along with various important rabbinical writings.

They will almost certainly have the major portions of the prophetic Scriptures memorized. When they are sealed by God as shown in Revelation 7, they will then preach the gospel in any and every language and dialect, to all people and nations around the world. They will upstage the rise of the popularity of the rising Antichrist.

These 144,000 will likely begin their soul winning ministry sometime during the first 3 and 1/2 years of the Tribulation Period. (Note the sequence of events of Rev., chapters 6 & 7) The Antichrist will sign a 7 year agreement of peace with Israel (Daniel 9:27). He will break this agreement after 3 and 1/2 years.

I believe he will be motivated to do this because of the devastating effect that the preaching of the 144,000 will have on the Antichrist’s evil plans to destroy Israel. When he breaks his agreement of peace with Israel he will demand worship by the Jews and all the world. (See Matt. 24:15f) And his False Prophet will require a mark of 666 (Daniel 9:27; Revelation 13).

The 144,000 will have “the seal of the living God…in their foreheads” (Rev. 7:2-3). These Jewish evangelists will be readily distinguishable from those who will take the Mark of the Beast.

I believe that the DEMONIC HATRED of the Jews we see today shows that God is preparing for last days prophecies to be fulfilled.

The Jew haters of Hamas and the protesters at the DNC, as well as the attacks of October 7th on Israel by Iran and its proxies, shows that Satan knows that his time is short. The more violent the antichrist-antisemites become, the closer we are to the Lord’s coming for His church and the start of the 7 year Tribulation when the 144,000 Jewish evangelists will be sealed by God and will begin their mission.

The 144,000 Jewish Preachers of the Tribulation will be fully committed to making their Messiah and Savior, Jesus Christ, known! Are you fully committed to Jesus Christ? Are you making Him known? Are you truly watching for His coming?

Why Are The Jews So Hated?

The answer to this important question is very simple: Israel will one day become the capital of the entire world! (read completely, Zechariah, chapters 12-14)

Satan’s plans are to establish his own kingdom. So, demons are moving people to hatred of the Jew. Satan is using the Marxist liberal Left to help prepare for the coming Antichrist. Hatred of the Jews and Israel is a big part of their plans for satanic world domination. Hatred of the Jews has been the reality throughout history. Most think of Hitler and his “Final Solution,” and that was, the eradication of the Jews from the earth.

The political liberal Left are like the Nazis of Hitler’s Germany: they despise anything that God has done, and this includes God having separated Jews from the rest of humanity for His special purpose of writing the Holy Bible and of sending the Messiah, Jesus Christ, into the world.

But, there are also dangers about us today in compromising Christianity! Satan’s greatest progress to establish his world rule in the Tribulation period is being mostly helped along by carnal Christians who have NO IDEA about what is going on in the world. They do not bother themselves with Bible prophecy and the soon coming of the Lord. They are living, thinking, talking and behaving, and even VOTING just like the lost who are on their way to an eternal Hell. NO WONDER the lost and the wicked leaders of the world don’t take Christians or the church seriously!

Churches, preachers, Christian leaders abound who are rejecting the Bible’s clear condemnation of sin. “Sin?” “What is that?” “Who’s to say?” “Remember, we are not supposed to judge!” Jesus stated unequivocally: “He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:18)

God is not wasting time, like many so called Christians today. He is calling the lost to faith in His Son. But God is also calling so called Christians to get serious, first about the sin in their own lives. How selfishly they are living in darkness and approving the ways and views of the world! One of the worst influences for millions today is what they look at on their iPhones. The trash that comes up is positively soul crushing and absolutely demonic!!

I am convinced that there are 144,000 Jews ALIVE TODAY who will be saved in the coming Tribulation, after the rapture of the church, who will BE WITHOUT COMPROMISE WITH THE WORLD, and who will preach and convince millions of lost people that Jesus Christ is the Messiah and Savior!

I believe these godly UNCOMPROMISING MEN OF GOD, are studying deeply the Old Testament Scriptures. They are Jews by physical descent and by spiritual conviction. But, not as yet saved. But, they will get saved during the Tribulation! This is the message of Revelation Chapter 7, of the sealing of the 144,000 prophetic, uncompromising, Bible and ABSOLUTELY FUNDAMENTAL EVANGELISTS!

These 144,000 are NOT the heretical cult of Jehovah’s Witnesses!! Which is one of the lies they promote. More about that later. These 144,000 of Revelation 7 will be literal Jewish preachers!! There will be 12,000 out of each tribe of Israel. They will be sealed for their mission during the Tribulation at the same time that the Antichrist is busy getting the world to take his satanic mark of 666! More about this next time!

Will you take the Scriptures seriously, and repent of your sins of compromise? Will the church wake up and repent and pray for honest and biblical revival in these last days?

Hard to Believe What We are Seeing At The DNC!!

“Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.” (Matthew 24:9-12)

How many Christians have watched the shameless display of godlessness at the Democratic Convention in Chicago going on now? How many believers have been moved to cry out to God for revival in America?

So awful to witness how proud they are of their abortion clinic trailor at the Convention Center, where preborn children are being killed daily. This gives Satan much power to bring demonic darkness into the land.

We have heard the horrible lies that are being set forth in the speeches, some of which are affirming the Palestinian protestors outside the convention center who are calling for the extermination of the Jews and of Israel.

President Biden, in a CRAZY statement, declared that the Hamas supporting Palestinian protestors outside the convention center. “have a point!” WHAT?? Again: The supporters of the murderers of innocent Jews in the October 7th mini holocaust in Israel “have a point!?” How shameful!! God sees, and He will bring recompence. (Ps. 18:7)

I am praying AGAINST the vile and open display of godless and outright demonic beliefs and behavior that are being paraded before the nation at the DNC!

We recently witnessed the satanic and perverted show at the opening ceremonies of the Paris Olympics.

Truly, the spirit of Sodom and Gomorrah is attacking humanity around the globe, and ESPECIALLY, in America! When will the preachers speak up?

We are certainly in the last days and the preparations for the rise of the Antichrist are obvious for those who have the eyes to see. No doubt the rapture of the church is drawing near when the Lord Jesus will descend in the clouds and call up His church. (1 Thess. 4:13-18, please read in its entirety!)

Tomorrow, we will look at the sealing of the 144,000 Jews who will preach the gospel of Jesus Christ during the Tribulation period. God is just getting started with what He is doing and going to do in Israel, so pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. (Ps. 122:6)”

Are You Being Strong In The Lord?

So many of our leaders these days are weak men, also weak women. I’m not talking about whether they are famous or popular, but that they are spiritually weak. They are contributing much to the darkness of our days. These conditions are just what the prophetic Scriptures show us.

This is why we Christians who believe our Bibles are called to be strong in spirit, by being “strong in the Lord and the power of His might.” (Read Ephesians 6:10-18) This troubled world needs to see and know genuine believers who are strong in the Spirit of Jesus Christ: His power, His victory, His Forgiveness, His FAITHFULNESS!

Does this mean that we will always FEEL strong? No! It means that know our Savior. We know what He promised. We Remember He is the One Who conquered sin on the cross and arose literally from the dead. He also promised that He is coming back for you and me at the Rapture! (John 14:1-6)

Jesus said that He will never leave you or me, and that He would enable us to do all the things He desires us to do for our good and the good of others; our friends, family, even our enemies.

Oswald Chambers asked in his devotion for today: “Does He know me?” He asked several questions we should ask ourselves in these dark and troubling days of much unbelief and moral and doctrinal compromise:

“Does He know me:”

  1. When have I sadly misunderstood Him? (John 20:17)
  2. When have I stubbornly doubted Him? (John 20:27)
  3. When have I selfishly denied Him? (John 21:15-17) (My Utmost for His Highest, Oswald Chambers, Barbour ed.)

We need to seek the Lord each of these questions as we trust Him for our daily spiritual strength. I close today’s brief blog with these two verses from 1 Peter 4:12-13. These important and prophetic verses speak to us in these latter days when the challenges to biblical faith are getting more intense:

“Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.”

Hold Fast!!

Paul wrote in his Second Letter to Timothy, his young preacher and protege, this essential exhortation:

Hold fast the form of sound words, which you have heard from me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. That good thing that was committed unto you keep by the Holy Spirit which dwells in us…You, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that you have heard of me among many witnesses, the SAME, commit to FAITHFUL men, who shall be able to TEACH OTHERS also. (2 Timothy 1:13-14; 2:1-2)

In our previous articles in Prophecy in Perspective (which you might want to take a look at if you are not familiar with them) the emphasis has always been on Bible prophecy and how we can see current events as they relate to what the Bible teaches about the last days.

Many troubling things happening today signal the soon coming of the Lord to rapture His true church, born again believers, to heaven. This will be followed quickly with the beginning of the seven year tribulation which will see the rise of the Antichrist. Few are teaching these great prophetic truths.

Many believers are familiar with these teachings which are clearly taught in Scripture. These hundreds of prophecies of the End Times help us to understand the growing darkness today of violence, such as the recent attempted assassination of Donald Trump (whom God saved by a miracle), also the darkness coming into the land through China’s infiltration of our country with huge amounts of deadly fentanyl. Satan is also behind the rise in unbridled pornography, child killing through abortion and child sex trafficking; as well as, the incredible rise in antisemitism from surprising commentators and personalities.

We would be correct to ask: What is going on in these days? Further, there are astounding comments and even videos from personalities trusted by millions now assaulting the biblical doctrine of the coming of Jesus Christ and the rapture!!

These and many more reasons are why Paul wanted to exhort Timothy: “HOLD FAST the form of sound (biblical) words.” There is no doubt that people need to hear the sound teaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ and His soon return at the rapture.

These days in which we are living are revealed in the Bible as being exactly characteristic of the prophecies describing the LAST DAYS.

As Christians, we should rejoice to see these days come upon the world. But we should never take on an attitude of defeat, despair nor especially, of distraction. Nor should we feel that we are victims. While there is much evil in the nations, no less in America, along with great abandonment of biblical truth, God is still on the Throne of the universe! His Word will never fail.

Yet to walk in victory in these dark days, you and I will need to walk in FAITH. We can truly please God by having faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. As the verse above from Hebrews 11:6 clearly and assuringly states: “Without FAITH, it is impossible to please God…”

Today, we should take God at His Word and have FAITH in Jesus Christ as our Crucified and Resurrected Savior Who promised to give us forgiveness and victory over sin and worry each day by His indwelling Holy Spirit.

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” (1 John 5:4)

Faith is YOUR victory, especially as you and I watch for Jesus’ return at the RAPTURE!

Enter His Rest

“Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear, lest any of you seem to have come short of it.” (Hebrews 4:1)

Some people hear the gospel and do not “mix” its promises with genuine faith. (Hebrews 4:2) They hear that Jesus died for their sins and think that is all very nice, but, for certain reasons, do not believe that the gospel is for them. Yet, the gospel IS for them! The GOSPEL IS FOR ALL!! And, the GOSPEL IS FOR YOU!!

If you have trusted in Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, then you can “enter into His rest.” This does not only refer to people who have died. But, this is a promise for all who are born again through faith in Jesus Christ.

Jesus promised to save us from our sins when we believe on Him in His death for us upon the cross and bodily resurrection from the dead. “Jesus paid it all!” He said: “Because I live, you shall live also!” (John 14:19) You can trust that He will be faithful to you through His MIGHTY AND VICTORIOUS PROMISES to you for each day!

You can pray daily to Jesus, knowing that He is alive and hears your prayers offered up in His name! Jesus promised: “And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If ye love Me, keep my commandments.” (John 14:13-15)

Keep in mind that Jesus will return at any time to rapture believers to heaven before the Great Tribulation begins! Time is short!

WILL RUSSIA AND CHINA STEP IN?

We at prophecyinperspective.com find it hard to imagine that Iran’s recent unprecedented and direct attack on Israel happened without the explicit permission of both Russia and China. I will go even further to state that, in our view, Iran’s audacious missile and drone assault on the Jewish Nation was the result of both Russia and China’s mutual directives. The timing may be optimal for them to advance their agenda and appear to the world as the most effective peace makers and diplomatic power brokers. Both of these nations have been historically anti-Israel. Iran is allied with both of these anti-Semetic and antichrist governments.

One does not require “insider” information to come to this reasonable conclusion. Bible students who are familiar with and committed to a pro-Israel Premillenial understanding of prophecy know that one need only read Psalm 2 to deduce that the nations of the earth are generally, either overtly or covertly, conspiring against Israel, God’s CHOSEN NATION.

As Psalm 2 says: “Why are the nations in an uproar and the peoples devising a vain thing? The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, Let us tear their fetters (chains) apart, and cast away their chords from us.” (Psalm 2:1-3)

There is a Mighty power to the north of Israel, Russia (Ezekiel 38:2), as also there is another mighty power to the far east, China, the leading power of the Kings of the East (Revelation 16:12). Be assured, Iran is subservient to both these great powers. Each of these nations figure prominently in the prophetic scenario of the last days. Satan is preparing for the ultimate play for world domination through the coming Antichrist (Revelation 13). The United States, presently under diabolically evil and godless leadership, probably figures in this scenario as one of the weak nations alluded to in Ezekiel’s prophecy. These are countries under leadership with no real moral core. Much the same is the reality for Great Britain and the present NATO nations.

We at prophecyinperspective.com shall not be surprised to hear of Russia’s Putin and China’s President Xi stepping in more or less publicly to resolve this current crises. Of course, Israel should continue to be considered the “wildcard” in all of this. Be assured that Israel’s leaders are not going to be ordered around by the current US’s fearful and dishonest president. On the bright side, it is our considered view, that the Lord orchestrated the reality that Benjamin Netanyahu is presently the Prime Minister of Israel. He is a strong leader and defender of the security of the Jewish State. Of further interest: Netanyahu is that nation’s first Prime Minister who was actually born in Israel.

What we see today is preparation for the appearance of the coming SON OF DESTRUCTION (2 Thessalonians 2:30). Thankfully, the RAPTURE the church will happen BEFORE the Antichrist can be reveled. (2 Thessalonians 2:6-8)
